Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Because each box is thoughtfully curated and often personalized, we do not accept general returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
We Accept Returns Only If:

An item arrives damaged

You received the wrong product
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at conciergekeygifts.com with a description and photo of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damaged Item Policy
We take great care in packing every box, but if something arrives damaged:

Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s)

We’ll send a replacement item or issue a refund depending on availability
We do not offer refunds for minor cosmetic packaging damage that does not affect the use of the product.
Please Note:

Boxes that are used or missing contents are not eligible for return

We cannot accept returns for customized or branded boxes

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is ours
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
